Kerstin Plehwe can look back on more than 20 years as a leading consultant in the fields of politics and business, both in front of and behind the scenes of power. Today, the eight-time author holds international lectures for prestigious companies and helps people unlock and strengthen their potential for leadership and success. Called „the dialogue specialist in Germany“ by the newspaper Welt am Sonntag, she features regularly in the media and has been a political analyst at German news television channel N24 since 2007, among others with the format „Kerstin Plehwe spricht Klartext“ (Kerstin Plehwe tells it how it is).
She is a co-founder of the ASTRAIA Foundation und for 10 years held the post of president of the nonpartisan institute for politics and society ProDialog in Berlin – the first German and twice winner of the Pollie Award, the US ‘Oscar’ for communication.Between 2002 and 2005, she was the first female and youngest president of the German Dialogue Marketing Association DDV.
Kerstin Plehwe holds a number of teaching positions in the fields of leadership and communication. Since her time in the South African wilderness, she has become a staunch advocate of change and innovation by learning and looking beyond the familiar, well-trodden paths.
