Lea Grüter is a young, dedicated MC, reporter and content creator. Live, online or hybrid: As a Digital Native the medium in which she acts is only secondary. She confronts all her projects openly and curiously, in a direct way with a critical view. With her natural manner, she creates a comfortable atmosphere in which people can open up, regardless if on stage or in video conferences.

Having lived and worked in five countries all over the world, the lively German is also fluent in English and French. Therefore she can amaze an international public, which is a huge plus, not only in Switzerland.

As an actress in different formats such as theatre and improv, Lea Grüter gained lots of stage experience early on and found her passion to perform. Unsurprisingly she also made her moderation debut in the cultural sector: She hosted panels and interviews with filmmakers on international festivals in Berlin and Zurich.

She is convinced that art and culture are an important channel for societal discussion. Therefore she is particularly interested in cutting-edge projects that address sustainability, equality, mental health, new work & digitalization for all.
