A wide range of technical equipment, the large professional catering kitchen as well as artists' dressing rooms and a large lounge complete the offer - for an all-round successful event.

Our event rooms:
The main stage in the AEGERIHALLE measures 100 m² (12.5 m x 8 m). The stage height is 5 m, the stage house 6.9 m. There are side stages on both sides, each of which measures 28 m² (3.5 m x 8 m). The backstage measures 90 m² (5 m x 18 m), is directly accessible from outside via a lifting platform and is accessible for the delivery of the stage equipment. There are also 54 platform elements of 2 m² (2m x 1 m) each for the construction of an additional mobile stage or grandstand.

Furniture:
Our tables and chairs will be set up / cleared away by the staff of the AEGERIHALLE and will be charged accordingly according to expenditure.
The numbering of the seats can be arranged by our housekeeping staff and will be charged to you according to expenditure.

- 45 banquet tables, 920 chairs (8 guests / table, Ø=160 cm, H=73 cm)
- 145 block tables, 6 guests / table (180 x 80 x 73 cm (L x W x H))
- 10 round bar tables (black round bar tables for indoor use, D=70 cm, H=110 cm)
- 4 long bar tables (long bar tables, 200 x 70 x 110 cm (L x D x H))

Equipment for presentations and lectures:
- Screen 6 x 6 m permanently installed at the - stage front
- Front beamer (Chip DLP projector PANASONIC PT-DZ870EKJ, 8500Lm, WUXGA resolution 1920 x 1200 Full HD, controllable with VGA or HDMI)
- Lectern, additional mobile beamer, 1 mobile screen (3.25 m high x 4.40 m wide), 2 flipcharts, 15 pin boards, 3 magnetic boards

Kitchen and bar:
The kitchen is 60m², has a direct connection to the bar and is fully equipped for max. 760 guests. The bar covers 20m² (2.5 x 8m). When you rent the kitchen & bar, the dishes contained in it will be made available to you.

The following professional equipment awaits you in the kitchen and bar area:
3 gastro washing machines
2 combi-steamers (Rational)
1 large roast
4 glass ceramic hotplates
1 roasting tipper (70L)
1 industrial refrigerator (200L)
1 industrial freezer (200L)
1 large cold store (2 Euro pallets)
1 refrigerated beverage display case
6 beverage drawers cooled (bar)
3 fully automatic coffee machines (1 with fresh milk dispenser)

Specially requested equipment can be rented without any problems, the costs will be charged to you accordingly.
