Raphael Stenzhorn

As a state-certified curative education nurse, Raphael Stenzhorn got to know the basics of behavioural and motivational psychology, which he deepened a few years later in a distance learning course. Since 2004 he has founded six companies and developed them from start-ups to successful companies. He has already led hundreds of people and got to know leadership in all its facets – with all its ups and downs.

On his eleventh birthday he got a small microphone that has taken him to international stages and to tens of thousands of listeners.

In his recreation he enjoys climbing the summit with his wife Julia and his children, preferably in South Tyrol. With his family he supports social projects which include helping children in emergency situations quickly and make life worth living again. He almost stands daily in front of CESs an HR managers to lead and motivate them to the peak performance in and around their companies His enthusiasm for his daily work burns hot like fire inside him that he irons his shirts in the morning with the palm of his hand – so people from his environment are claiming.
