Eva Schulte-Austum is a passionate trust expert. For more than 10 years, the business psychologist has accompanied people on their way to trusting relationships. She knows that trust not only makes people happy, but also successful.

As founder of the World Trust Project she did research about trust worldwide. For this she travelled to nine countries in the world where the individual trust level is relatively high. She conducted more than 350 interviews and spoke with leading experts and renowned trust researchers. Because she loves to get to the bottom of things.

The trust expert worked as a personnel expert for renowned companies. These include a major international corporation, a leading insurer and a management consultancy. She was one of the first to receive the Otto Group scholarship.

She is a certified systemic coach and organisational consultant and a member of the German Speaker Association (GSA). She studied business psychology and management in Lüneburg and Bochum.
