The party room is wheelchair-accessible throughout, including a disabled toilet, and can be used all year round.

The access road is 3 meters wide and there is little through traffic, so the children can stay outside. However, the road should always be kept clear.

In winter, an efficient heating system together with a modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.
